Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of digital literacy, and perceptions of personal data security on decisions to use e-wallets as a payment system for MSMEs in the Jakarta area. The population are MSME owners in the Jakarta area. The sampling procedure used was purposive sampling, namely MSME owners in the Jakarta area and e-wallet users who are active in the transaction process with consumers. Respondents in this study are 100 owners and managers of MSMEs in the Jakarta area. Test results show that there is a positive influence of digital literacy on e-wallet usage decisions and there is a positive influence of perceptions of personal data security on e-wallet usage decisions.
