Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Plus Tra Coating Industries, centered in Sleman, Yogyakarta. The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of motivation, work environment and compensation on employee loyalty at PT Plus Tra Coating Industries. The research data was obtained through a questionnaire. The sample used in the research was 52 people. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test. The results showed that motivation had a negative and insignificant effect on employee loyalty at PT Plus Tra Coating Industries, the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT Plus Tra Coating Industries and compensation had a positive and insignificant effect on employee loyalty at PT Plus Tra Coating Industries.  Simultaneously, Motivation, Work Environment and Compensation have a significant effect on Employee Loyalty of PT Plus Tra Coating Industries.
