Using quantitative methods, data was collected through online questionnaire distribution using Google Form to Citilink airline service users who had utilized services from both airports. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach to test relationships between research variables. The results proved that all three independent variables - On-Time Performance, Price, and In-Flight Service Quality - have significant influences on consumer repurchase decisions, both partially and simultaneously. Specifically, On-Time Performance proved to have the most dominant influence on affecting repurchase decisions for Citilink Airlines. These findings indicate that flight punctuality is the primary factor, followed by competitive pricing strategies and good in-flight service quality in encouraging consumers to reuse Citilink's flight services.
2025-03-04T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Jonathan Fredrick Fransz, Erwin Susanto//jmeb.universitaspertamina.ac.id/index.php/MBEJ/article/view/79The Influence of Incentives, Organizational Culture, and Work Environment on Student Work Productivity (Case Study of Pertamina University Internship Students Class of 2021) 2025-03-04T04:47:12+00:00Ayu Sasmitaayusasmita17.20@gmail.comEvi Sofiaevi.sofia@universitaspertamina.ac.id
This study aims to analyze the influence of incentives, organizational culture, and work environment on the work productivity of
students carrying out internships at Pertamina University, especially the 2021 batch. This research approach is quantitative with a causal-comparative method. The researcher distributed questionnaires to 90 respondents using a simple random sampling technique to collect data. The results of the study indicate that partial incentives do not have a significant effect on work productivity. In contrast, organizational culture and work environment partially affect work productivity considerably. In addition, incentives, organizational culture, and work environment considerably affect productivity. The conclusion of this study indicates that companies or institutions providing internships need to increase the provision of incentives, create a supportive organizational culture, and provide a conducive work environment to encourage student work productivity. For students, this study can provide insight into the factors that influence their work productivity while undergoing an internship program.
2025-03-04T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Ayu Sasmita, Evi Sofia//jmeb.universitaspertamina.ac.id/index.php/MBEJ/article/view/80The Influence of Service Quality, Punctuality, and Price Perception on Customer Satisfaction of LRT Jabodebek PT Kereta Api Indonesia 2025-03-04T04:53:47+00:00Wulan Tiara Saniwulaantiaras@gmail.comErwin Susantoerwin.susanto@universitaspertamina.ac.id
This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, punctuality, and price perception on consumer satisfaction with the LRT
Jabodebek service operated by PT Kereta Api Indonesia. E-WoM is measured based on three dimensions: intensity, valence of opinion, and content, while Brand Image is assessed through perceived quality, brand association, and brand loyalty. The direct and indirect effects of these variables on purchase decisions were examined, with Brand Trust acting as a mediator. This research employs a quantitative approach, involving respondents who are users or potential consumers of Saff & Co products from Generation Z in Jakarta. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents and analyzed using SPSS 25 software. The findings indicate that, both partially and simultaneously, E-WoM and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on Brand Trust and purchase decisions. Furthermore, Brand Trust is proven to be a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between E-WoM, Brand Image, and purchase decisions. Thus, it can be
concluded that enhancing E-WoM and Brand Image will increase Brand Trust, which in turn influences purchase decisions for Saff & Co products among Generation Z. The implications of this research provide valuable insights for businesses in optimizing digital marketing strategies by reinforcing E-WoM and strengthening Brand Image to build consumer trust.
2025-03-04T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Adenin Arum Permata, Fiska Kusumawati//jmeb.universitaspertamina.ac.id/index.php/MBEJ/article/view/82Analysis of The Influence of Industrial Work Practices and Self-Efficacy on Career Maturity (Case Study of Alumni and Students from the 2019 Management Program at Universitas Pertamina) 2025-03-04T05:10:02+00:00Kenny Rifky Shadikkennyrifky087@gmail.comDedy Dewantodedy.dewanto@universitaspertamina.ac.id
This study aims to re-examine the influence of Industrial Work Practice and Self-Efficacy on the Career Maturity of alumni and students from the 2019 Management program at Universitas Pertamina. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the assistance of SPSS 27. The results indicate that CSR has a significant effect on NPM but does not affect ROA and ROE. Furthermore, Firm Size strengthens the effect of CSR on NPM but does not moderate its effect on ROA and ROE. The simultaneous test shows that CSR and Firm Size together have a significant effect only on NPM. The coefficient of determination (adjusted R²) results also suggest that CSR contributes more to NPM than to ROA and ROE, both before and after being moderated by Firm Size.
2025-03-04T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Hani Monica, Suhari Pranyoto//jmeb.universitaspertamina.ac.id/index.php/MBEJ/article/view/87The Effect of SOE Core Values (AKHLAK) and Compensation on the Employees Work Productivity of Oil and Gas Subsidiary Company2025-03-04T17:59:36+00:00Rezya Adzradianirezyaadzra@gmail.comArif Murti Rozamuriarifmurti.r@universitaspertamina.ac.id
This study discusses the influence of SOE core values (AKHLAK) and compensation on the employees work productivity of oil and gas subsidiary companies.
