The method used is quantitative research with associative causal type and data processing using SPSS version 25. There are 96 samples in this research with the employee criteria being employees
who work at the DKI Jakarta and Surabaya branches of PT Karya Bakti Metalasri obtained through the census method. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire whose validity and reliability have been tested. The method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that through the F Test (simultaneous test) carried out, it can be concluded that work motivation and work stress have an impact on the performance of PT Bakti Metalasri employees. Through the T Test (partial test), the Work Motivation variable is able to directly influence employee performance. Likewise, the Job Stress variable is able to directly influence employee performance. Furthermore, based on the R-Square Test, the two independent variables, namely Work Motivation and Work Stress, were able to explain the dependent variable Employee Performance by 73.5% at PT. Karya Bakti Metalasri.
Faizal Fadillah, Arif Murti R Copyright (c) 2024 Faizal Fadillah, Arif Murti R https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 //jmeb.universitaspertamina.ac.id/index.php/MBEJ/article/view/70 Mon, 12 Aug 2024 00:00:00 +0000 The Influence of Price and Service Quality on Warunk Upnormal Customer Satisfaction (Case Study of Warunk Upnormal Bintaro Sector 7) //jmeb.universitaspertamina.ac.id/index.php/MBEJ/article/view/71
Warunk Upnormal is a cafe that has many branches in Indonesia and has been successful in its time, winning various awards, but currently Warunk Upnormal is experiencing a phenomenon, namely that many outlets have closed permanently. The research entitled "The Influence of Price and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Warunk Upnormal (Case Study of Warunk Upnormal Bintaro Sector 7)" aims to find out whether price and service quality have a significant influence on customer satisfaction at Warunk Upnormal Bintaro Sector 7. This research was conducted with quantitative methods with purposive sampling techniques. The number of samples in this study was 100 people. The sample criteria in this research are customers who visited Warunk Upnormal Bintaro Sector 7 at least once in the last 3 months, all genders, Warunk Upnormal's target market is young people aged 17-30 years, and live in Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi). The data analysis used in this research is variable description analysis, research instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction of Warunk Upnormal Bintaro Sector 7 partially, service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction of Warunk Upnormal Bintaro Sector 7 partially, and price and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of Warunk Upnormal Bintaro Sector 7 simultaneously.
Bagas Adi Wibowo, Fiska Kusumawati Copyright (c) 2024 Bagas Adi Wibowo, Fiska Kusumawati https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 //jmeb.universitaspertamina.ac.id/index.php/MBEJ/article/view/71 Mon, 12 Aug 2024 00:00:00 +0000 THE INFLUENCE OF WORK DISCIPLINE AND WORK MOTIVATION ON THE PERFORMANCE OF HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS IN PEMALANG DISTRICT //jmeb.universitaspertamina.ac.id/index.php/MBEJ/article/view/72
This research aims to examine the relationship between work discipline and work motivation teacher performance in Pemalang Regency. The hypothesis of this research is that work discipline has a positive effect and significantly on teacher performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, work discipline and work motivation have a simultaneous and significant effect on teacher performance. Researchers use the Slovin formula to determine the number of respondents who will used in this research, the tolerance value used is 5% for the total sample. The respondents to be used are 124 people, but the researchers here used 131 respondents because the results obtained by respondents were 131 teachers in Pemalang Regency. The test results Researchers found that the variables of work discipline and work motivation had a significant and positive effect on teacher performance in Pemalang Regency. The results of this research are: 1) Based on the results The T test for the work discipline and work motivation variables got a significance value of 0.00, which means more smaller than 0.05, which can be concluded that work discipline and work motivation have an influence positive towards teacher performance. 2) After the F test was carried out, the researcher obtained a significance value 0.00 and smaller than 0.05, which means that the work discipline and work motivation variables have an influence positive impact on performance. 3) Based on the test results, the coefficient of determination (adjusted R square) is known The adjusted R square value is 0.704, which means that 70.4% of the variation in the dependent variable performance is explained by two variables, namely work discipline and work motivation.
Rizka Ayu Kartika Sari, Dedy Dewanto Copyright (c) 2024 Rizka Ayu Kartika Sari, Dedy Dewanto https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 //jmeb.universitaspertamina.ac.id/index.php/MBEJ/article/view/72 Mon, 12 Aug 2024 00:00:00 +0000 THE INFLUENCE OF LEARNING MOTIVATION AND SELF-EFFICACY ON ACADEMIC PROCRASTINATION OF PERTAMINA UNIVERSITY STUDENTS FOR THE Batch of 2020, 2021, 2022, AND 2023 //jmeb.universitaspertamina.ac.id/index.php/MBEJ/article/view/73
This research aims to determine the relationship between Learning Motivation and Self-Efficacy on Academic Procrastination among Pertamina University students class 2020 to 2023. Without the utilization of renewable energy, the results of global carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions are projected to increase until 2030 (IPCC 2014; IEA 2015), global energy demand is expected to double by 2050 compared to 1991 (World Energy Council 2013). In today's world development, there are already thousands of Wind Power Plants (PLTB) or Wind power installed with a maximum capacity of 93,849 MW. Indonesia is one of the countries that has implemented it, also in South Sulawesi recently, namely in Sidrap and Jeneponto Regencies with a capacity of 75 MW and 72 MW respectively. The problem that arises is that the MNC that runs it has asked for an increase in PLN's purchase price for the wind power it produces, but the Government has not granted it, while as many as six million people in Indonesia who still lack access to electricity, especially in remote rural areas, are predicted to see an increase in demand for electricity of around 10% each year. The solution to this is the implementation of several things including the need for Government Policy in considering the economics of wind power plants, namely by making a Law on Renewable Energy including wind power and making a Presidential Regulation on the price of electricity purchased by PLN from companies that produce Renewable Energy including wind power; Transition in Government Practices and Community Institutions for the sustainable progress of humanity and the utilization of technological advances, especially the Internet of Things in Indonesia to help accelerate the implementation of wind power in Indonesia.
Endang Susilowati, Erwin Susanto Copyright (c) 2024 Erwin Susanto https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 //jmeb.universitaspertamina.ac.id/index.php/MBEJ/article/view/75 Sun, 18 Aug 2024 00:00:00 +0000
